I am the Founder of You Emerge Coaching LLC. Seeing people realize their full potential and succeed in every facet of their life has always been a passion of mine. Helping others navigate the path to self-awareness and the journey to success is an honor. You Emerge Coaching LLC, is the platform for me to reach a wider range of individuals from diverse backgrounds and career paths.

My educational background includes a Life & Leadership Coach Certification from IAP College, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Hartford, CT and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.S.Arch ) from Hampton University in Virginia. I worked as an associate architect for 5 years in Connecticut before going back to school for my MBA. After my MBA degree my career in the past 17 years has spanned across working for 3 Fortune 500 companies in retail (Guest Relations), consumer goods (Supply Chain) and aerospace (Operations) industries. I also volunteered at a religious institution in a leadership capacity for 15 years, working as a worship leader, music director and youth counselor during my tenure. These experiences, coupled with my  constant provision of counsel to my community, contributed to my passion and vision of inspiring individuals to live to their fullest potential and embrace the greatness within, which I believe, is our birthright.
